Absolutely! Green Ribbon wants you party to be perfect. We’re happy to discuss details about your custom design and put together a package that meets your needs. Fill out the form here and we’ll get the quoting process started.

How long does it take to get my files?

All non-customizable pieces are instant download. You can get your party on immediately! Invitation proofs will be sent out within 48 hours of purchase. After approval, final files will be sent within 24hours.

Timelines on fully customized packages vary. All details concerning delivery will be included in the quote.

So how do I make these digital files a physical reality?

Easy! All files are set up in a standard letter size format for easy home printing. We recommend using cardstock (found at any office or craft store) for added durability. Files can also be taken to a local print shop for production. Keep in mind color and quality will vary depending on output device. We recommend producing files with a professional print shop (such as kinkos or office max) for best results. They will trim pieces to final size too!

My materials don’t match the on-screen color. What’s up with that?

Monitor color varies from device to device as does print quality and ouput color. We’re not responsible for print variations and always recommend using a professional print shop for best results.

I don’t want to print myself- Can you do it for me?

Currently we only offer digital downloads but are looking at adding print and ship capabilities in the future. We’ll keep you posted on new options as they become available.
